Some SAT systems are designated as high-end and installable by SAT due to their complexity. We highly recommend purchasing SAT Hardware Installation service for all such systems if it is not already included with the product or your support contract. Because SAT desktop and low-end systems are designed to be customer installable and maintainable, installation is not included with their support contracts or warranties. For these systems, SAT Hardware Installation is available as an optional service.
